“Training and people is our top priority.”
In 2019, Rosewarne Cable Loggers took out the UDC training company/contractor of the year crown at the Northland forestry awards. The win demonstrates our successful and purposeful commitment to people development through industry training.
We work with our crews to develop training plans for new workers as well as upskilling existing workers who wish to further their knowledge and practical experience.
Our aim is to have a multi-skilled workforce. We believe a focus on training leads to a higher quality workforce, which is a benefit to both our workers and the forestry industry in general.
